Does Jesus Offend People?

Within 72 hours of when I first posted about the Demon of Religion (11/18/2025), then LDS Temples being Secret Combinations and engaging in Necromancy (11/19/2025), and beginning to show the discrepancies between the teachings of Jesus vs the doctrine of the LDS Church, I had 124 people unfollow me and 44 people unfriend me.

I'm thinking it's probably because I "offended" them--

Why else would they unfollow or unfriend me?

Yet, I've posted nothing other than what Jesus has taught and what Jesus has said.

Well, even though those people [probably] won't see this post, I must boldly declare:

I'd rather offend you on the way to Heaven, than make you comfortable on the way to Hell.

You see, following Jesus will make you very uncomfortable.

Following Jesus will offend you.

You're going to have to:

  • confront hard truth (i.e. you've been lied to and you've believed the lies)

  • have awkward (uncomfortable) conversations with family and friends

  • risk offending people (which is 100% going to happen)

  • admit you were wrong in your former religion/beliefs

  • admit you were deceived

  • admit you worshiped idols (i.e. temples, family, prophets, "scriptures")

  • admit you offended God

  • admit you rebelled against God

  • admit you rejected Jesus--His blood, His sacrifice, His life, His covenant

  • admit you're no different than the wicked people of The Bible who committed abominations before the Most High God by engaging in witchcraft, divination, and sorcery with familiar spirits.

I'm not going to lie to you. Following Jesus is really hard.

You really do forsake everything and everyone.

At least I had to when I left the Mormon / LDS Religion. You can read about that here.

Right now we're in a war. And it's a war for your soul.

And all of this candy-coated Christianity with its cupcake faith, rainbows of grace, and "you do you" truth is not going to bring you into the Kingdom of Heaven and save your soul.

I refuse to sugar-coat the gospel of JESUS CHRIST as He taught it.

"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." Hebrews 4:12

After fully coming to Jesus and leaving the LDS religion, after spending over a year trying to understand "Christianity" and why "Mormons aren't Christians," I've realized that Satan has masterfully woven the truth of Jesus Christ with many, many lies, and with so much deceit, that it truly is only the word of God that can divide the truth from the lies.

And Jesus IS that Word of God.

Only Jesus.

And where do we get the words of only Jesus? The words of Jesus as dictated from His own mouth and not interpreted through another man?

In the 4 Gospels--Matthew, Mark, Luke and John!

So if you really want to get to know Jesus, and the gospel He taught, then doesn't it just make sense to start with the only narratives, testimonies, and witnesses who either personally heard Jesus teach or interviewed those who had?

If you put forth a serious study of the 4 gospels, you will soon reach the conclusion that:

JESUS OFFENDS.

ALL. THE. TIME.

ESPECIALLY RELIGION.

Therefore, people will be offended when the truth is declared.

People will be hurt when the lies are severed from the Truth.

Especially and particularly those people who are "religious."

At least I was.

The question is:

Are you willing to go through all of the pain, the hurt and the offense to get to know the real Jesus?

I can testify that it's not easy--it's still not.

But I can also testify that it IS worth it.

Jesus IS worth it.

So if you're offended by my posts, but perhaps one of them ultimately leads you to seek the real Jesus, IT WILL BE WORTH IT!!!

Because only Jesus "is the way, the truth and the life." And no one (not even Mormons sealed in temples 😉) can come to the Father but through Jesus--at least that's what Jesus says in John 14:6.

So if you start to get offended because of the words of Jesus and they don't line up with your religious beliefs...well, you know you have a choice to make.

Push through the offense to find Jesus (the Truth), or turn away and stay in your religious belief.

The choice is yours.

May I implore you to seek Jesus.

Only Jesus ❤️‍🔥✝️🩸
