Are LDS Temples Secret Combinations?

It’s 1:10 am and I have been “wrestling” with the Lord for the past 50 minutes because He wants me to speak out against LDS Temples, and I don’t want to do that.

But I must if He is pressing on my mind and my heart [and I can’t fall back asleep].

Plus, I’ve promised to obey the Lord and speak what He wants me to say no matter what the cost.

And this post is going to cost me a lot with regards to most, if not all, of my LDS brothers and sisters.

But I must obey God. And speak His truth.

Here’s what the Lord is telling me to tell you:

“LDS Temples are secret combinations. They are rooted in Freemasonry, a Satanic cult, and they contain blood oaths and covenants and secret signs and tokens. They are not of Me and I want My people freed from them. Most don’t know what they are really doing because the blood oaths have been removed, but the secret signs are still in place and give Satan a legal right over them. Satan has masterfully called what is done in those temples "sacred” instead of “secret,” but they are anything but sacred. Temples are held up as idols and things that save My people, but only I can save them. Temples are the greatest stumbling block in the Mormon religion to setting My people free. You must tell them that. You were once a believer in temples containing saving ordinances, but now you see the Truth. They are secret combinations with secret oaths and blood covenants that are not of Me. I destroyed the temple and it was never to built up again. The temple is within. Tell My people. Help to open their eyes. Set them free from Satan’s grasp. I specifically warned them in the Book of Mormon of secret combinations and they refuse to see the connection between their temples and secret combinations in these last days.”

So there it is.

The Lord has shown me one of the hugest contradictions and abominations in the LDS/Mormon Religion regarding their temples.

Secret combinations is a major theme in the Book of Mormon and ultimately caused the destruction of the Jaredites.

The Book of Mormon is a book that only the LDS Church proclaims throughout the world as “another Testament of Jesus Christ,” and I find it interesting that the Lord is using their own book, so to speak, against them in denouncing LDS temples. It’s right in front of them, in plain doctrine, and they can’t see the connection.

Neither did I for 54 years.

So are LDS temples “secret combinations”?

And if so, according to Ether 8:18 in the Book of Mormon, those are the

“most abominable and wicked above all, in the sight of God; for the Lord worketh not in secret combinations, neither doth he will that man should shed blood, but in all things hath forbidden it, from the beginning of man.”

Furthermore, to quote from the LDS Book of Mormon Seminary Teacher Manual 2024, Ether 8 Lesson:

“Secret combinations plagued several groups of people throughout the Book of Mormon. This pattern emerged among the Jaredites and even led to their destruction. As he wrote about the Jaredites, the prophet Moroni added important truths we can learn from these destructive occurrences. This lesson can help you understand the need to reject secret combinations by following Jesus Christ.”

Hmmmmm….

So if LDS temples are secret combinations, then we need to reject them by following Jesus Christ. Isn’t that what the LDS church just declared?

Well, the Lord just said LDS Temples are secret combinations, so that should be enough, right?

OH!! Right, you’re arguing that He only told me that and I'm not "a prophet." And now I’m telling you, and you probably don’t give me any credence and think that I’m being deceived—especially because I resigned from the LDS church in January-so I don't have "The Spirit" with me.

Well, may I strongly encourage you to deduce it for yourself then, and I pray the Lord’s Holy Spirit to open your eyes and your heart if you continue to read this.

What is a ‘secret combination?’

Secret combinations (and you can google this for yourself as there are more things):

• administer secret oaths

• swear by the God of Heaven and by their heads that whoever divulges the secret oaths should lose their life

• give each other secret signs, handshakes, and blood oaths with penalties attached

• wear special clothing with symbols

• participate in ceremonies, ordinances, anointings, and rituals, including necromancy (proxy ritualistic work for the dead)

WHOA...if those aren’t enough “red flags” for Mormon temples being secret combinations, then consider this:

The blood oaths in the LDS Church temple ceremony, which were discontinued church-wide in 1990, depicted a willingness to have one's throat cut from ear to ear should the participant reveal certain portions of the sacred rituals or fail to keep promises given during the washing and anointing ordinances.

But even though the verbal language of making blood oaths was removed from the temple ceremony, the signs are still there and made by each person to indicate the penalties of:

1- cutting one’s throat

2 - tearing out one’s heart and

3 - disemboweling oneself

if any of the “secrecy regarding the ceremony” is disclosed.

LDS Temples are STILL secret combinations, even if Satan has cleverly and masterfully removed some verbiage and even convinced people to change the word “secret” to “sacred.”

"Sacred Combinations" are the same thing.

And no matter how beautiful they look on the outside, no matter what you think you’re doing on the inside, no matter what color clothing you’re wearing, the fact remains that they are buildings with secret ceremonies of blood oaths being performed, which the Lord has strictly forbidden.

Look to the ROOT of LDS Temples.

They are founded in Freemasonry—a secret society.

The ROOT is evil, therefore the FRUIT is evil no matter how cleverly Satan has disguised LDS Temples as "holiness to God."

And if you still don’t believe (or want to believe) that LDS Temples are Secret Combinations, then continue to research it and ask the Holy Spirit to teach you the Truth.

I did.

In May 2024, I made a conscious decision to follow and listen to Jesus. ONLY Jesus.

I no longer listened to or “followed the prophet” or read or listened to anyone except The Bible—mostly the gospels and teachings of Jesus.

Through that commitment to ONLY listen to and follow Jesus, He has shown me the error of my ways and the clever deception of Satan to make me believe that LDS Temples were sacred and contained all of the “saving ordinances.”

• I was indoctrinated with the LDS doctrine since I was born in 1970.

• I was religiously following “The Covenant Path” until I was 54.

• I was performing “sacred temple work and redeeming the dead” for over 30 years.

• I was placing all my trust and faith in “the sealing power of the Melchizedek Priesthood,” so that my family could be “sealed together forever.”

• I was an active and faithful member of the LDS Church, performing all of the rites, rituals, oaths, covenants, signs, and tokens in the temple for myself and then for the dead, fully believing that’s what God wanted and needed me to do.

• I went through the temple for myself after 1990, so I never heard the original blood oaths in the ceremony because they had already been taken out. (But I remember my mom sort of telling me about them, without disclosing them, and how they really disturbed her...but she just put her faith in them that that's what God required.)

  
  

I now wonder if I had initially heard those blood oaths, if it would have made me realize what I was REALLY doing…

Or would I have just rationalized them away like I did with all the other “sacredness” of secret signs, tokens, clothing, garments etc.?

I probably would have just rationalized them away.

I’m just grateful that Jesus has shown me the Truth of LDS temples being secret combinations and that I have been set free and FORGIVEN by Him.

Only Jesus can save me.

Only Jesus can save you.

And He doesn’t require secret signs, tokens or handshakes to pass by His angels in order to be saved and return to Father.

In fact, He abhors them.

And He doesn’t need me or you to help Him save anyone.

He can redeem you and me and the dead and seal families together all by Himself (if that's even needed).

Thinking He even needs our help to do those things is ANTI-Christ.

It's believing that something or someone other than Jesus is required to save us.

And that's not Truth.

Jesus never said anything or anyone other than Him can get us back to The Father.

Do you believe Him? Or is your faith in the secret blood oaths and covenants of the temple?

You get to decide.

For me, it’s All and Only Jesus.

I trust and have faith in Him alone.

I reject and renounce secret combinations.

Therefore, I must reject and renounce LDS Temples.

Which I did in May 2025.
