How to Know a False Christ or a False Prophet

"I have foretold you all things." KJV
"I have told you everything in advance." AMP
"I have told you all things beforehand." ESV/NKJV
That's Jesus letting us know how to discern a FALSE Christ or a FALSE prophet from a TRUE one (thank you, Jesus)
Did He know people would try to deceive us
Absolutely.
So TAKE NOTE, that the "litmus test" from Jesus is:
-IF that person tells you something Jesus DID NOT ALREADY TELL US, then that person is FALSE
example: needing to do temple work for yourself or dead people
Isn't it comforting to know that JESUS has already told us EVERYTHING we need to know AND DO to be saved and return to The Father?!!!
